Commitment

Enacoms is committed to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This policy summarises our principles.

We process data lawfully, fairly and transparently, for specified purposes, minimally, accurately and securely with limited retention.

Each processing is based on: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interest, or legitimate interest.

We provide access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent within one month of the request.

For GDPR matters contact dpo@enacoms.com. In case of a data breach we act promptly and notify the HDPA within 72 hours.

We apply Privacy by Design and by Default — minimising data from the outset of design.
